Corrections
When we get something wrong, we fix it visibly.
If a fact, caption, link, or label is wrong, we update the page, note the correction in plain language, and avoid burying the change.
Corrections should be specific. If a page was edited for clarity rather than factual accuracy, the note should say so. If the change is substantive, the correction should be clear to the reader.
